<audiotest_explanation>This tests whether or not you can hear audio through your computer speakers or headphones. Listen for the audio. If you cannot hear anything, check your sound volume, and speaker or headphone connections, then click the Replay button. When you are able to hear the audio, click the Yes button, or click the No button if you cannot determine the problem, and cannot get the audio to work.</audiotest_explanation>
<recordingtest_explanation>This tests whether or not you can record audio to our streaming server. In order to pass the mastery test, you need to submit voice samples, using the recorder shown below, as part of the assessment. Please try recording now, and playing back your recording. If you are able to hear what you recorded, click the Yes button. If you cannot get this tool to work, click the No button.</recordingtest_explanation>
<bandwidthtest_explanation>This tests the download speed of your internet connection. eSUN uses large media files that play at 300kbits/second. If your internet connection speed is below this level, you will need to wait for the downloads to complete before playing the drills and dialogue that use these files. In order to have a safe margin, we recommend at least 600 kbits/second, so the audio and videos will not pause during playback.</bandwidthtest_explanation>

<unknown_status>You MIGHT be OK. Try the demo before you buy!</unknown_status>
<osfail_text>Fail - You cannot use eSUN on this computer without upgrading your Operating System.</osfail_text>
<browserfail_text>Fail - Please upgrade your Web Browser before using eSUN.</browserfail_text>
<flashfail_text>Please upgrade Flash before using eSUN.</flashfail_text>
<audiofail_text>Fail - Please make sure that your speakers or headphones are connected, and that your volume is at an appropriate setting.</audiofail_text>
<streamingfail_text>Fail - Your computer was unable to connect to the flash media server. Please contact your network or network administrator for help, or contact your ISP if you are connecting to eSUN from home. If they are blocking port 1935, it can potentially cause this test to fail.</streamingfail_text>
<recordingfail_text>Fail - Check to make sure your headset has a Microphone. It should have a second plug which goes into the Microphone port on your computer. Also, try reversing the ports you plug the headset into and trying again. People frequently plug the headphone plug into the microphone port, and the microphone into the headphone port. Additionally, your computer may also have a second microphone. Some web cameras in particular install a microphone driver, so if your voice can be heard when you speak into your web camera, you need to check your Sound Control Panel, and change the sound source to be your computer's microphone port.</recordingfail_text>
<bandwidthunknown_text>Your connection MIGHT be OK. Your connection speed is above our recommended speed right now, but may occasionally dip below that speed, causing delays when watching videos or listening to MP3 audio.</bandwidthunknown_text>
<bandwidthfail_text>Fail - It's recommended that you have a DSL or Cable internet connection of 300kbps or better. While it is possible to use eSUN with a slower connection speed, watching videos, or listening to MP3 audio will be VERY slow!</bandwidthfail_text>
